Mr. Ezra Chammah

Ezra Chammah, Exclusive Real Estate Partner of New York Exen Capital LLC.

 

Mr. Chammah founded ITAFIN Inc. in New York in 1978 and has served as its president since the foundation of the company. Itafin has bought, managed, remodeled and converted to condominium several buildings in Manhattan such as 120 West 58th street, 210 East 47th Street, 60 East 83rd Street, 292 Fifth Avenue, 53 East 75th Street and 6 East 74th Street and others.

 

He is active in the New York Real Estate and took part with Extell one of the most important projects in Manhattan of about 750,000 square feet across from Carnegie Hall (One 57).

 

Mr. Chammah has developed and coordinated the construction project and financing of several buildings such as Fiat Beograd, Yugoslavia (approximately one million square feet) in 1972,Nilit (Nylon 66 factory, 700,000 square feet), El Al Terminal in Lod, and the Haifa University 36 story tower in Israel.

 

Mr. Chammah has been the Vice Secretary General of Svires, one of the biggest consulting firms in Italy, while he coordinated in 1968-1969 the 5-year development plan of Brazil with Delfin Netto. The effects of such plan, which resulted in the creation of Cosigua, the extension of CRVD, and the creation of the largest motor factory of Fiat in Belo Horizonte.

 

Ezra Chammah earned his Masters Degree in in Mechanical Engineering (Dr. Ing.) and Factory Planning from the Polytechnic University in Milan, Italy. He further specialized in Finance and Control at INSTEAD (Paris).

 

Ezra Chammah has participated in several international forums on globalization such as “Bologna 2000” and “Academic Universelle des Cultures” in Paris in 2001 and has co-authored the books resulting from these forums along with several other distinguished authors and speakers, such as Elie Wiesel and Umberto Eco.

 

Mr. Chammah is an active contributor to the Elie Wiesel Foundation for Humanity.
