Mr. Joseph Jebran, RA, DPLG, PMI

With 28 years of experience between the United States, Europe, and the Middle East, most recently, Mr. Jebran was Vice President at SEDCO (Saudi Economic and Development Company), a leading private investment and wealth management organization.

There he managed a diverse spectrum of large-scale real estate developments, including the award-winning Galleria Hotel and Al-Mada Twin Towers in Jeddah Saudi Arabia and The Pinnacle in London, from design through construction.

 

Prior to joining SEDCO, Mr. Jebran was an executive at a large New York City firm, listed in Engineering News Record as one of the top architectural firms in the United States.  Under his supervision was a team of 35 technical professionals engaged in major projects from design to construction management.  It was his set of policies and procedures that provided quality assurance and quality control that met, and often exceeded the expectations of the clients.  He consistently drove profitability to the firm amid market trends of strict budgets and increasingly shorter schedules were achieved successfully.

 

During His twenty-six years in the United States, he met with a steady flow of challenges and built a firm foundation in dealing with state and federal authorities who demand strict accountability to safety and regulation.  As his clients and colleagues can attest, he requires the highest standard of technical, artistic qualities and above all the profitability of the development.  It is his belief that his commitment to excellence has been of great service to the individuals, corporations and heads of state that have entrusted him with the management of their projects.
