Three identical towers, tower-1 with 9 levels, tower-2 with 8 levels and tower-3 with 7 levels, the structural system is cast-in-place reinforced concrete two-way solid slabs, larger spans deep haunch beam system is adopted to make column free as per architectural requirements and for overhang structural steel system is used.  The roadway profiles are established above the original ground lines with minimal road cut sections, to suit with the natural site terrain.  A prefinished aluminum & glass curtain wall system consisting of etched glass privacy screen with Jeddah pattern.
