ITAFIN's mission is to develop real estate projects that enhance lifestyle and fulfill shareholder expectations.

ITAFIN invests in quality, modern and innovative commercial and residential properties throughout the United States, with particular emphasis in the New York Metropolitan area. Itafin works with a network of architects and engineers to invest in buildings with desirable amenities. Each project is built in a timely fashion and with superior craftsmanship.

Our goal is to invest in buildings providing quality living at affordable prices.  We invest where people want to live, in urban settings offering a full array of amenities and transportation alternatives. Ease of access to mass transit is one of the keys to success in times of financial distress or rising fuel prices.

In large measure, we have achieved this position by recognizing opportunities where most others see only difficulties. We then transform these opportunities into assets of greater value for our shareholders.
